Welcome to the Samurai Method "Kengido".
I am Tetsuro Shimaguchi, the representative of Kengido.
As a samurai artist, I have been performing in Japan and abroad.
Currently, We run our dojos in Japan and Europe to promote this method and cultural exchange.
While Japanese samurai action is mainly based on the expression of fighting in period dramas and the like, but our way of method "Kengi " is not fighting each other.
The purpose of this method is, by understanding and practicing the movement and its meaning, people come face to face with their partners, and improving themselves.
to help people seriously face their counterparts and improve themselves as they experience and embody the movements and meanings of the program.
Just like a real "Samurai", starting with "Rei", taking "Ma", moving beautifully, and behaving with "dignity".
